Terms of Service

What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and to the neosh software. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the software.
The software
neosh is open source and distributed under the MIT License. The license governs your use of the software itself, including your right to use, copy, modify and redistribute it.
Third-party services
neosh connects to AI providers and other services using accounts and credentials that belong to you. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and any costs they charge are yours. You are responsible for what you run: agents can execute commands and modify files on your machine with the permissions you give them.
No warranty
The website and the software are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from their use. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it took effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
